Gustavo Estrada 507-929-2673 MISSION The Minority Advocate Program's primary Mission is to work with students in the Marshall Public Schools, in order to promote healthy personal and social development, build resilience, encourage active community involvement and increase self-worth. The Minority Advocate started in 1998 opening doors to new families and others here in the Marshall community under Community Services. The Minority Advocate has worked in promoting the participation and involvement of parents and students in the Marshall Community and Marshall Public Schools. During the years the Minority Advocate has worked to improve the participation and involvement of students and parents; also to provide programs, social groups in the school and the community so they can participate in projects, activities, conference, retreat and more.
