Students will learn to operate a sewing machine while using a straight stitch and a zig-zag stitch. They will also learn various hand-stitches, including how to sew on a button. If interested, students will be taught to crochet as well.
Projects may include: potholder, pillowcase, coaster, apron, cinch bag/laundry bag, pillow, blanket or others that may interest the student.
