Cooking with safety starts with you. "Pay attention to Fire Prevention" was the theme this year for Fire Prevention Week. Tuesday Southview did a fire drill where the fire trucks came on sight. On Thursday, 3rd graders had the privilege of touring the Smokehouse along with visiting with the Firefighters in their classroom and learning the importance of having an escape plan in case there was a fire. Congratulations to our 2023 Fire Poster Winner Jonathan D (2nd grade). Honorable Mention Winners were Zaley T (2nd grade) and Aria L (3rd grade).
