The supervisor manages a team of custodial and maintenance staff, coordinates schedules, and ensures compliance with safety and environmental regulations. ✅ Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage custodial and maintenance teams. • Coordinate routine maintenance and large-scale facility projects. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building standards. • Collaborate on future facility enhancements and sustainability initiatives. 🛠 Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) and maintenance practices. • Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations, including OSHA standards. • Leadership and team management experience with the ability to motivate and organize staff. • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. • Strong communication skills for collaboration with staff, contractors, and stakeholders. • Proficiency in using maintenance software and tools. 📍 Why Join Us?
